• Text submitted for translation and comparison

• IP address
• Browser and device information
• Basic usage logs

3. How We Use Data

We use data solely to:

• Provide translation comparison functionality
• Display outputs from third-party systems
• Maintain platform performance and security

We do not use your data for advertising or resale.

4. Third-Party Processing

To generate translation outputs, user input may be sent to third-party providers such as AI and machine translation systems.

These providers process data according to their own privacy policies. Lingonect^® does not control how these third parties handle data.

5. Data Storage

Lingonect^® aims to minimise data storage:

• For anonymous (logged-out) use, translation inputs are not stored longer than necessary to generate results
• For registered users, a search history is kept: each search's text, languages, methodology, date and time, plus a short summary (max 150 words) of the results — never the full output. Only the 100 most recent searches are kept; older ones are deleted automatically. You can download it via the "History" link on your Profile page, and it is deleted with your account
• Account data is stored only as required for authentication
• Technical logs may be retained for security and performance monitoring

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

Data is only shared:

• With third-party providers necessary to deliver the service
• When required by law

Under GDPR, you have the right to:
